HRDF Place & Train

Place & Train is an initiative from HRDF to provide employment opportunities for Malaysians, specifically for school leavers, graduates and retrenched workers.

Under this program, employees will be trained to effectively deliver their job by using the existing workplace tools, machines, documents, equipment and other related skills within the job scope. This program will covers theoretical part, which delivery in classroom; and practical part at the workplace. The assessment will base on both quiz and deliverable project report. Certificate issue to candidate fulfil the study hour and complete all the quiz and report.

It is compulsory for employers to hire the candidates and offer them a minimum of 1 year contract.

Employees/Trainees:

• 1. School leavers aged between 18 to 40 years with or without school / exam certificate
• 2. Unemployed graduates who have obtained Diploma / Degree
• 3. Retrenched workers aged between 18 to 55 years who are registered with Employment Insurance System (EIS)

Benefits:

Placement Job Training (PJT), also known as On-the-Job Training (OJT) is a hands-on method of imparting/training/teaching of skills, knowledge, and competencies needed for employees to perform a specific job within the workplace. Employees learn in an environment where they will need to practice the knowledge and skills obtained during their training.

Construction Technology Induction Course

• Module 1 - Construction Method Engineering (IBS Perspective): 48 hrs
• Module 2 - Construction Method Engineering (Design & Implementation of Temporary Works): 48 hrs
• Module 3 - Integrated Digital Delivery, IDD (Building Information Modelling Essential): 48 hrs
• Module 4 - Integrated Digital Delivery, IDD (BIM Coordination with VDC): 48 hrs
