Training
Established in 2017, Integrated BIM Academy (iBa) is a leading training provider specialising in on-the-job training skills. We are an approved training provider with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB).
TRAINING OBJECTIVE:
1) Through accessing staff occupational behaviour, identify key skill needs for entry level
2) Provide input into the development of training programs to meet skill needs
3) Establish and support career pathway
4) Establish strategies and measuring success and impact of defined education and training strategies
TRAINING PRIORITIES:
Emphasis career success through facilitating knowledge excellence and developing specialised skills in BIM.
1) Training includes the entire process chain of the BIM environment
2) Training will be at Integrated BIM Academy at PLYTEC BIM Centre
3) Determining the training needs together with the trainees
4) Training with both theoretical and practical exercises of a real time project
5) Advice on all questions pertaining to Digitalization of Malaysia construction industry

Open to fresh graduates and under-graduates students undergoing industrial training, working adults, potential new and existing customers
