Set up manufacture / repairing line and operating procedures. Oversee the production process. Ensure that production in smooth progresses and cost effective. Decide what resources are required, monitor product standards and implement quality control and control proper packing standard.

1. Estimate cost and set control the cost for manufacturing process. Work with team to implement the company?s control and goals .Guide and manage workers to lead them effectively and efficiency.
2. Control and maintain manufacture equipment?s and tools.
3. Handle Self Climbing Platform (SCP) design, order or manufacture components, monitor smooth installation, operation and dismantle process at site.
4. Liaise with clients, sales team and others department to discuss technical issues and give advice. Ensure quality delivery to client.
5. Manages cross-country procurement and product orders. Directs and engages in supplier pricing and minimum quality standard negotiations from suppliers. Oversees the preparation, control of shipping schedule.
6. Foresee alternative and new suppliers,visit / audit new factories.
7. Preside regular weekly meetings and report to the company COO and CEO.

1. Formulate company's operating procedures, documentation and tracking system to ensure smooth daily operations and technical processes.
2. Ensure the smooth progress of daily import and export operations, including: arranging shipment, booking space, delivering to the port, clearing Customs, hearing reports from operation executors ...
3. Ensure the qualified products delivery, including: quality inspection arrangement, proper packing and loading, hearing reports from quality inspectors ...
4. Communicate with clients and factories to discuss technical issues and give advice, including,
   • feasibility analysis for new product development, review / modification / confirmation for technical drawings, development track, submission for PPAP documents and samples
   • issue / execute the contracts for existing products
   • track / report / inspect the mass production according to issued contracts
   • feedback / deal with quality problems, present 8D documents and do prevention
5. Quote new items, develop potential clients to build new business.
6. Search new suppliers, visit / audit new factories.
7. Preside regular weekly meetings and report to the company owner.

1. Be a part of development team and discuss with the clients for new laptops development.
2. Design, modeling, plotting for structure of laptops.
3. Follow up tooling/mould development and inspect components.
4. Check the initial samples and report.
5. Keep continuous design improvement according to the feedback and test trial products.
6. Report the whole state to Technical Manager till new laptop development is completed.
