During his service, he specialized and implemented BIM across project life cycle. He led clash rendition process ensuring effective spatial coordination and constructability is timely upkept to facilitate seamless construction.

Upon post construction, he established standards/templates of project information and information exchange protocol to seamlessly handing over operation and maintenance data to project owner.

With his expertise, he joined BIM Engineering Solution and Technology Sdn Bhd (also known as “BEST”) in 2017 to set up standard procedure and workflow to implement integrated BIM Level 2 design and project collaboration. He has successfully led BEST to achieve certification of compliance with Integrated BIM Level 2 Information Management in accordance to PAS 1192-2:2013, BS 1192: 2007 and BS 1192-4:2014 by British Standard Institution.

As the lead of BIM engineering division, he oversees projects undertaken by BEST ensuring timely delivery of quality BIM deliverables. He manages and controls BIM project specifications, project collaboration and information exchange protocol, and when necessary reviews and makes changes to update to meet latest international specifications.
