Ir. Han Liang Kwang has been in the industry for 22 years specialized in design and construction of Electrical and Control System of high-tech and commercial projects.

As lead of Electrical and Control System of international engineering firm, M+W High Tech Projects Sdn Bhd, he has gained vast experiences in engineering design and construction of photovoltaic, semiconductor and electronic facilities throughout Malaysia and Singapore.

He has also practiced as certified consultant with local consultant firms where he led design and project management of mixed development and institutional projects such as Medini Village, Medini A60, British University Vietnam to name a few.

He co-founded BIM Engineering Solution and Technology Sdn Bhd (also known as “BEST”) in 2016 to provide integrated level 2 BIM engineering services to its business partners. BEST is the first company in Malaysia certified by British Standard Institution (BSI) to have complied with Integrated BIM Level 2 design and project management services in accordance to PAS 1192-2:2013, BS 1192: 2007 and BS 1192-4:2014. BEST has tenfold its size since its incorporation and is continuing to grow together with its business partners to innovate engineering design and construction methodology.
